Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@odlots.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed or you may return the item to the retail outlet you purchased the item from.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or gift card. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
